To make sure that you know everything about how to purchase a Heart & Soul puppy, I have created this step by step guide. You can see a generic contract, deposit amounts, or jump right in and fill out a questionnaire to start the process. If you have any other questions, please feel free to reach out to me!

I want to make sure that you are aware of some of the basics and get to know you better. Once that is completed I will reach out to you to arrange an actual contract signing.
You sign a contract and this will entail all the details about your future puppy, health guarantee, replacement warranty, and AKC registration.
This is a non refundable deposit, to put your puppy on hold until they are ready to come home to you. This deposit does count toward your total due balance.
The puppies are ready to go home at 8-10 weeks depending on the puppy. At any time if I feel this is not a good home, I have the right to refuse to sell.
After the puppies 6 week wellness check the puppy's final payment is made. (The remaining total balance after your deposit) We accept multiple forms of payment.
You can pick up your puppy directly or we can schedule for your puppy to be delivered to a major airport location near your, using a Pet Nanny. There are delivery fees.

STEP 1
Questionnaire
To make sure that our puppies go to homes that are a good fit, I require everyone to fill out a short questionnaire to get to know you and your home style a bit better.
STEP 2
Puppies are sold with limited AKC registration (Pet ONLY) and a spay or neuter agreement. Full breeding rights are subject to my approval and are rarely an option. I also reserve the right to keep a puppy for my program and to refuse a sale if I don't feel the home is right for the puppy. The safety of my puppy is my number one concern.
AKC REGISTRATION
If your puppy has a genetic condition and it is life threatening. I will need to see a letter from your vet stating what is wrong. Then you will get a replacement of equal value.
REPLACEMENT WARRANTY
We offer a one year health guarantee. If your puppy is found to have a hereditary or congenital condition which affects the health of the puppy we will provide you with a new puppy of equal value. I have also attached a full contract, be sure and look it over.

STEP 3
After we have signed your contract, you will owe 50% of the cost of the puppy. This is applied as a payment towards the total cost of the puppy. This will ensure that the puppy is officially yours and the remainder will be owed at 6 weeks or pickup. This payment can be made using any of the forms of payment listed to the right.

Puppy Hold
Great! You've placed your deposit, now what? The puppy needs time to develop, get their first shots, and be around their mother. So, the puppy will stay with me for 8 to 10 weeks. If at any point, I feel like it will not be going to a good home, I do have the right to refuse to sell.

DUE AT 6 WEEK WELLNESS CHECK
After the 6 week wellness check, I will know for sure that you are a good home for this puppy and that the puppy is perfectly healthy. This is a part of my wellness guarantee. This is when I will require the final payment on the puppy. You pay 50% for the deposit and 50% now.

Whenever I think your baby is ready to join your family I will let you know. Most of the time it is 8-9 weeks but for some tinies it could be longer. I WILL NOT JEOPARDIZE A PUPPIES HEALTH SO YOU CAN HAVE IT A CERTAIN DAY. We will schedule a day and place for pickup at that time.
The location shown above is not my actual address, my kennel is approximately 5-10 minutes from the location shown. I will give you my actual address when we schedule the pick up.
We use a Pet Nanny to fly your precious cargo to you. The service usually runs $400-500 but it may vary depending on your location. The nanny will deliver to a major airport near you and you will pay the nanny cash at the airport. There is also a $50.00 fee for me to deliver to the nanny since the airport is over two hours away. These fees will be shown on your contract depending on the mode of transportation that is needed.
